Return Policy for Online Purchases

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the description on our website, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence of the defect or discrepancy (photos required) and keep the original packaging for the return. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

  • Restocking Fee: For returns of non-defective items that accurately match the website description (e.g., change of mind), a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers the logistical costs associated with restocking and processing the return.

  • Non-returnable Items: Please note that rug pads are considered final sale once the packaging is opened due to health and safety reasons.

Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Canadian Rug Dealers will cover the return shipping costs.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store must be returned within 7 days in their original condition with the receipt for a refund or exchange. Discounted items are eligible for exchange only. Rug pads are final sale once opened.

Price Adjustment

If the price of an item you have purchased decreases within 14 days of your order, we will happily adjust the price. Please contact us with your order number, and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
